我也在投訴西安金地廣場的美聯英語培訓機構，哄騙惡意欺騙，報名回了2年共31800元，每答節課告訴我是55元，才消費了19節課程，他們不給退費惡意將我時間拖延至合同約定超出1天時間告訴我消費了近2萬。合同簽的時候沒有告訴那些不平等條款，只說簽個字就好了，去了就學。很方便。但實際沒有那麼簡單。無奈自己跑各個部門投訴無果，因為不算工商，算教育局，教育局不管推雁塔區什麼單位，總是投訴無門，投訴派出所，派出所說人家有注冊不完全算詐騙。就這么被一個機構套路了。最後，他們核算出來一節課96元，扣了我的費用退了我其他費用，因為我找到了商場管理，還有西安物價局幫助協調了，為物價局點贊👍
