企业既然因为自己的两个失误造成了问题发生,而且劳动局已经受理立案,那么最好去和那个员工协商解决,但是如果不能协商,那么劳动局限期整改处罚了,或者走仲裁程序。走关系是没用的,因为立案要结案,谁也不能取消这个案子,最多只能帮你协调减少赔偿。
吃一堑长一智吧,减少弊端,以后不出这类问题就可以了。至于占到那边,还是要良心说话的。
