I am writing in to express my concern for the damage in the LCD screen of my desktop personal computer (PC).

Recently, around one month ago, i have bought home a brand new PC from the _______（店名）. It was fine at first but started giving me problems after one week of utilization. Here is a description of the problems that i have encounter.

Firstly, the LCD screen have appeared to be inconsistent in display. There are a few black lines running diagonally through the screen and this seriously disrupted the viewing of the screen. frequently, the LCD panel also failed to display the right combination of color.

Things become worse a week ago and the many of the times, the LCD screen will blank out for a few minutes without any signal ring usage, before returning to a usable stage.

i am absolutely annoyed by the above mentioned scenario. unable to further tolerate the further LCD screen, i have written in this letter, hoping to have your kind attention. i hope that you will address my problem and respond to my feedback as soon as possible. Dear Dell supplier,
This letter is to complain about service I recently received from your technology engineer staff ID 583747 & 583754.
I called Dell on Jun 12, 2010 to find out how to deal with a problem I’ve had with my Dell laptop inspiron mini 10, Service No.106VHJ1(bought on July ,2009 which still in warranty time). After I had been on hold for several minutes, I had to explain my problem to your staffs several times that my laptop LCD has several dead pixel (sorry I am not a professional, let me say for the time being) he asked me to check my laptop LCD by myself and therefore I do it repeatedly for about 30 min and then send them the photos. Your stuffs put me on hold for several minutes, then returned to say he could not help me and I asked them for future solution and who can tackle it, they said they can not provide me other support number or any other service but will gave me a returning phone in about 2-3 working days, my warranty time is very approached, I guess maybe after several days, they can say oh, your laptop is not my business.
Needless to say, I was quite frustrated.
I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not want to spend any more time on this problem, I will be informing my friends and family about this experience. When somebody or your potential clients ask me if they should chose Dell procts, I think I should say no.
