H. 知識產權局的專業英語考試內容是什麼如何復習准備

你指的應該是國家知識產權局舉行的專利代理人資格考試吧。這個考試一共考三專個科目風別是屬：專利法律知識、相關法律知識、專利代理實務。
根據這三個科目的考試內容，對於第一個科目來說，要求考生要熟悉中國的專利法和專利實施細則熟悉，並且熟悉審查指南的編寫體系，知道整個專利審查和專利事務的概貌；對第二個科目則要求要熟悉國際法、代理條例、檢索、專利分類、刑法（七宗罪）等相關法律知識；對第三個科目則是要求考生能夠准確掌握並綜合運用《專利法》《專利法實施細則》《專利審查指南2010》以及其他有關規定,撰寫能有效而又合理地保護發明創造的說明書和權利要求書,撰寫能夠依法充分維護委託人利益的答復審查意見的意見陳述書、無效宣告請求書以及針對無效宣告請求的意見陳述書。
