B. 美國科技公司為什麼要反對SOPA（《禁止網路盜版法案》）
SOPA是Stop Online Privacy Act的縮寫，即《禁止網路盜版法案》。其立法目的是「通過打擊侵犯美國知識產權行為而推動市場繁榮、企業家精神和創新」。該法案讓美國司法部可以通過尋求法院傳票來關停有盜版內容的網站、阻止相關的付款渠道。這個非常致命，你可能因為在YouTube上傳了一段帶有企業標識的視頻，而導致YouTube全站關停。
SOPA的支持者主要包括製造內容的版權公司，比如電影公司、電視台、音樂公司、出版社、有線網路，還包括消費品牌產品如耐克、NBA、制葯公司以及工會。他們是盜版的最大受害者。反對這項法案主要是開放的網路公司/組織，尤其是基於用戶生成內容（UGC）的Web 2.0網站：Google、Facebook、Amazon、Twitter、YouTube、eBay、維基網路等。

再次，SOPA涉嫌侵犯公民隱私。對於G+這樣的網站來說，很多用戶信息只在有限的朋友圈內傳播，如果要保證用戶信息不侵權，勢必要事先審查。——而這部分信息只在有限的人群中共享，站方查閱有涉嫌侵犯公民隱私之嫌。

擁有數十億美元身價的知名網路業投資人Mark Cuban（馬克·庫班）日前嚴詞批評近來備受歡迎的視頻共享網站YouTube，表示只有「白痴」才會收購這家公司。
身兼HDNet共同創始人和美國職籃NBA達拉斯小牛隊老闆的Cuban還說，YouTube最後會因為「侵犯著作權」被「告到消失」。
他對一群紐約廣告商表示：「他們就是違法，而他們至今尚未被告的唯一原因是無人有足夠的財力興訟。」
總部位於加州聖馬提歐的YouTube為全球各地網友提供一個便利的視頻共享平台，每天都有上億部視頻通過其網站播放。這種受歡迎的程度引發市場人士猜測，該公司可能會公開出售或將股票上市。
但使用者經常上傳有版權的內容，包括知名藝人的音樂錄影帶，也讓YouTube承受龐大的檢查壓力。該公司的代表尚未回應Cuban的批評。
Cuban表示，由於可能的著作權官司，「任何想買YouTube的人一定是白痴。」他說：「他們還沒（股票）上市是有原因的，他們還沒賣出去，這是因為他們大難臨頭。」Cuban過去曾將新創公司賣給雅虎和CompuServe。

Cuban認為廣告商花在病毒式營銷的預算99%都是「浪費」。他說：「如果這么困難，病毒式營銷有何意義？它既難規劃，又難引起注意，你們這些人就是喜歡當前鋒。」
G. 怎麼能在海外看國內的電視劇
美國很多華人選擇iTalkBB，打電話尤其是國際長途比較便宜，但中文電視這塊嘛，內容確實有點少，只有60個左右的電視頻道，而且沒有電影和體育頻道，也沒有點播功能，每月要額外收取10美元左右的月租，性價比實在不高。
2 麒麟電視
麒麟電視是專門針對海外華人的中文電視運營商，覆蓋區域比iTalkBB廣一點，包括了北美和東南亞，頻道上增加了TVB等香港台，但是依舊沒有電影、體育等頻道和電視直播功能，價格和iTalkBB差不多，性價比不高。
3 TVPAD
TVPAD號稱海外華人電視盒子，功能宣傳上向國內的OTT電視盒子看齊，但實際產品質量和操控上卻相差太遠，內容是自帶的一些app，也兼容一些第三方的app，實際內容上因為沒有得到國內視頻網站的授權，所以要比國內電視盒子少的多，而且每年還以軟體升級的名義收取年費。
4 國內的OTT電視盒子和C+路由器
以小米、華為為代表的國產OTT電視盒子做工優良、操控簡便，海量的電影電視劇，電視頻道涵蓋央視衛視所有頻道，綜藝直播、各類網劇、卡通動漫，還可以聽音樂、K歌，幼兒早教等等，內容豐富而且還可以通過沙發管家自由安裝第三方軟體，想看什麼看什麼，當然，在國外還要配一個C+路由器，才能無限制使用，流暢觀看國內的電影電視直播節目。
