创造性思维与方法在实际工作中的运用尝试作者：南海中南铝合金轮毂公司 罗惠敏在市场竞争日趋激烈的今天，企业要生存、求发展，要想取得良好的经济效益，就必须以适销对路的产品占领市场，以质优价廉的产品去巩固和拓展市场。从这个意义上说，开发专业人员的创造力是企业发展的关键所在。将创造性思维和方法运用于实际工作中，对分析和解决生产中出现的难点问题，提高工作效率都具有十分重要的意义。

我服务于一家生产铝合金轮毂的大型企业，从事产品开发与模具设计工作，通过学习创造性思维与方法，并在实际工作中加以运用，成功地解决一个生产中的难点问题，取得了一项小革新成果。

我公司生产的A型号汽车轮产品，由于安装盘部位的疏松（组织不致密）缺陷，产品的合格率一直徘徊在70%左右。废品发现时，已经过了合金熔炼、毛坯铸造、热处理、机加工等工序，所以造成了相当大的损失。虽然采取过一系列相应措施加以改进，但未找到问题的症结，效果并不理想。为解决这一难题，我试图运用创造性思维的基本原理和方法，针对问题进行分析。首先以疏松缺陷为中心，把所有能导致疏松的原因尽可能全面地罗列出来，并用发散状的圆形表示（如图1）。

产品结构-安装盘太厚；
原材料-铝水流动性差；
工艺参数-保压时间太短，铝水温度低，分流锥冷却时间参数短，上模芯冷却时间短；
模具结构-分流锥结构不合理，浇口小，分流锥冷却效果差。

经过概括，就找到造成安装盘疏松四个大方面的原因：产品结构、原材料、工艺参数和模具结构。在这四个大项中，产品结构和原理不可改变的，可安装盘的厚度尺寸受装车参数的限制和产品强度的要求，原材料的选用也受强度、延伸率等物理性质的制约，同样不允许更换，或目前还无性能更合适的材料所代替，属于不变因素。因此，要解决安装盘疏松这一问题的思路就比较清晰了：也就是只能按照铸成型原理中顺序凝固的特点，通过调整工艺参数，改进模具结构的途径来实现。

根据生产中的实际情况和已经采用过的措施，对工艺参数、模具结构所包含的可变以因素作进一步的分析、甄别。又可将铝水温度低、保压时间短、浇口小等原因排除，因为这些可变因素在工艺范围内已经多次调整。基于上述分析，最后将问题的焦点集中到了分流锥冷却效果差这一点上。因此，强化分流的冷却就成了解决安装盘缩松问题的关键。

找到了问题的主要矛盾，就可集中精力进行攻关。这种冷却系统是模具设计中典型的点冷却结构。广泛应用于各类模具的冷却，国外同类模具的分流锥也都是采用这种结构，如图2所示。其原理十分简单：冷却水在模具中需要冷却的部分形成一个回路，通过热量交换达到降低模温的目的。仔细分析一下冷却系统的结构后就会发现，进水与回水流道间的截面积太小，阻碍了冷却水的流速，减少了热交换量。同时，由于模温较高，水汽化后形成的背压更加大了冷却水的流动阻力，分流锥冷却效果差的根本原因就显而易见了。

在改进冷却系统结构的构思过程中，我紧紧抓点冷却的基本原理，经过一段时间的思考，终于设计出了新的方案，如图3所示。上述A型号产品的模具（分流锥的模具中的一个组件）经修改后投入生产。产品的合格率有了大幅度的提高，基本上将安装盘的疏松问题消除在100件小批量验证阶段，因安装缩松报废的仅1件，毛坯的生产周期还比改模前缩短了25秒。改进后的冷却结构不仅大大提高了对分流锥的冷却效果，而且结构简单，加工方便，降低了制造成本，随后被广泛应用到其他产品的模具中，效果良好，因此被认为是一项有价值的小革新。 如果说这次小革新的成功，有经验值得总结，那就是创造性思维与方法在实际工作中的运用，如前面所叙述的，在对A型号产品的质量攻关过程中，始终以发散思维与收敛思维的原理作指导，运用侧向思维、归纳、淘汰的方法，对问题进行分析、概括、判断，并最终获得解决的办法。方法科学、判断准确，避免了走弯路，提高了工作效率。当然，本文所提到的问题比较简单，涉及面也小，对创造性思维与方法的认识还比较肤浅，但愿能起到抛砖引玉的作用。只要广大专业技术的员将创造性思维与方法与本职工作结合起来，就一定能发挥出巨大的创造潜能，为企业的发展、经济效益的提高作出贡献。(end)
