C. 海運中DEM與DET分別代表什麼所謂的免堆與免用箱分別從什麼時候開始計算所謂場內場外分別指

1.DEM（DEMURRAGE CHARGES）：滯期費

DET（Detention Charge）：拘留費

2.免堆期（FREE DETENTION），意思是免去集裝箱在目的港碼頭的堆存費用，主要是發生在收貨人不能迅速清關，或因為貨量較大的情況下，需要在目的港申請減免此費用。

免用箱費（FREE USING），意思是再超出集裝箱正常使用期限之後免去每日產生的租金（罰金）。一般免費用箱期，都是各大船公司自己定的，大概的就是20'GP為10天，40'GP為14天，特種箱的話，免堆期是貨物到目的港後海關可以免費讓貨物存放在倉庫里，海運一般是14天，空運一般是7天。

3.場內看定額編制總說明裡或定額交底資料里有沒。在編制說明裡對於各種材料成品、半成品材料的子目包含的工地運輸一般是150m運距，周轉材料包含工地內處25公里的運距，其餘的就屬於場外。

在海外來貨運中，運輸物品除了置於源集裝箱內，還有在此外面有層包裝箱，特別是對於大型機械來說，不可或缺的就是包裝箱。

包裝箱按材質可分為：木質包裝箱、免整熏包裝箱、強塑安全箱、瓦楞紙包裝箱；按外形又可分為普通木箱、滑木箱、封閉箱等。

海運的優點：

海洋運輸是國際貿易中最主要的運輸方式，國際貿易總運量中的三分之二以上，我國絕大部分進出口貨物，都是通過海洋運輸方式運輸的。海洋運輸的運量大，海運費用低，航道四通八達，是其優勢所在。但速度慢，航行風險大，航行日期不易准確，是其不足之處。

基本術語：

1、轉租合同 租船人和下家之間訂立的合同。

其合同的條款條件與租船人和船東訂立的合同（常稱為Head contract）相同。訂立相同條款的目的是保證租船人將可能要付給下家的任何款項，比如速譴費，都可以從船東那裡收回。

2、空載行駛

在兩港間空載航行，船舶不得不空載的原因：（1）在卸貨港沒有可裝運的貨物；（2）有些情況下，船舶在兩港之間可能有一系列航次運輸，但只有一個方向的貨物適合運裝；（3）、另一些情況是。空載駛往某港口去裝運高運費的貨物，比裝著低運費的貨物駛往該港可能更合算。

3、費率等級

航運公司或班輪公會運價表上的一個種類，每個種類包括一個單費類和適用於該費率的一組商品。這些等級被變成號碼便於識別，前面可能加上W或M，表明運費是按重量還是按尺寸計算的。

4、附加滯期費

由於未在約定的滯期內完成裝卸，根據情況而由航次租船人、托運人或收貨人付給船東的金額。附加滯期費的日費率在租船合同中約定。

5、回扣傭金

船東付給租船人的傭金，以運費或租金的百分比表示，通常為2. 5%。雖然此傭金被租船人作為減少運費或租金的手段，但有可能被船東調整。

6、班輪運輸

航運公司提供的一種服務，貨船定期在預定的公告的裝卸港之營運。運費按照該公司運價表的費率計算。
