在大學，宿舍在學生生活中扮演著重要的角色。首先，它不僅是休養生息的地方，更是學習知識、結交朋友的重要場所，事實上，一般同學每天會有一半以上的時間呆在宿舍，它在我們生活中的重要性由此可見一斑。其次，在大學這個大集體中，宿舍是最基層的單位，宿舍的建設決定了一個班級、團支部乃至影響到一個學校。
環境育人，校園無閑處，處處皆育人。因此，一個和諧的宿舍，必能促進宿舍成員的成長，而學風建設也可收到事半功倍的效果。那麼「和諧宿舍」是一個怎樣的宿舍，我們又當如何去構建呢？
一、環境和諧。「和諧宿舍」當有優雅的衛生環境。當前，不少宿舍的衛生狀況很不理想，五六人的一個宿舍，竟有一周都不打掃衛生的情況。古人雲：一屋不掃，何以掃天下？縱然我們是「大丈夫不拘小節」，但整天面對狼藉的宿舍，我們的心情能愉悅嗎？優雅的衛生環境，不能只是為了應付學校的檢查，這要成為一種習慣，隨時保持宿舍的整潔。
二、人際和諧。「和諧宿舍」是舍友和睦的宿舍。舍友和睦，一方面，大家要坦誠相見，加強溝通交流，無論學習與生活上都能互相關心、互相幫助；要把宿舍當成一個集體，要有全局意識，正確處理好個人與宿舍的利益關系。另一方面要有寬廣的胸懷，面對不同意見，當求同存異；面對摩擦，舍友之間要互相理解，舍友沒有隔夜仇，既便矛盾激化了，也應盡快化干戈為玉帛。
「和諧宿舍」是溶入班集體的宿舍。一個宿舍不能搞小團體主義，更不能脫離班集體。和諧，不僅是宿舍內部的和諧，更是與班集體與其它宿舍的和諧。我們常常發現這樣的情況，同在一個班，但不同宿舍同學之間的關系卻並不見佳。這是溝通交流不夠造成的，在此，班委的作為就相當重要，班幹部要真正做到為同學服務，通過班會，以及開展一些有意義的活動為同學之間的交流創造良好的條件與氛圍。
三、追求和諧。「和諧宿舍」當有共同的高遠的追求。一個宿舍和睦了，但不能代表它就和諧了。和諧社會是要貫徹科學的發展觀，而一個和諧的宿舍當有高遠的追求。當代是一個物慾橫流的社會，有些同學會經不起一些不良現象的誘惑，同處一個宿舍的同學往往很容易互相影響，因此有出現一個宿舍集體墮落的可能，比如：一起通宵上網，一起逃課，一起做一些違反校規校紀的事。倘若宿舍成員都有高遠的追求，則可以有效的抵禦不良現象的影響。而更為重要的則在於，高遠的追求是促進一個人不斷進步的不竭動力。當宿舍成員有了共同高遠的追求，良好的學習氛圍也就水到渠成，從而能有效的形成「找差距、學先進、齊進步」良好局面。構建「和諧宿舍」，要使和諧成為一種宿舍文化。其關鍵是在同學們之間要形成這種意識，學生是宿舍建設的主力軍與受益者，只有學生自覺自立，充分發揮主觀能動性，才能高屋建瓴，實現真正意義上的和諧。當然，和諧宿舍的建設離不開各學校的督促與指導，只有得到各學校的認可和引起高度的重視，才能有效的開展「和諧宿舍」的建設.
作為學生，由於知識水平，因而不能從一個較高的層次來探討學風建設，但我以為，和諧的宿舍環境，必能有效的促進「德業雙修、學而不厭」學風的形成

Nowadays it is a very common phenomenon that some university students are late for or even absent from classes. And still there are some students who slip out of the classroom before the class is over. Class attendance has become a thorny problem to both the students and teachers.

This, however, has caused great controversy. Some are in favor of the rating system, They hold that since students attend the teachers』 classes every day, they should have their opinion about their teachers』 effectiveness.
