教學設想
1、以話題為線索組織活動
教學中要以學生為主體，以話題為線索，以活動為中心。教師可將活動的設計、活動的准備、活動的展現等主動權交給學生，教師只充當導演的作用。本單元以occupation為主題，把形式多樣的活動與職業串聯起來，圍繞職業這一主題設計一系列的活動，使學生在輕松愉快的氣氛中學習。
2、活動要具多樣性和多層次性。
教學活動中要對同桌，小組（groups）全班(class)有合理的安排，盡可能發揮學生的主動性。
課時目標：
1、 能聽、說、讀、寫「What does your father/mother do? He/She is a/an….」並能在情景中運用。
2、 完成Let』s try, Group work的練習。
重點難點：
重點：學會運用「What does … do? She/He is a/an ….」詢問他人的職業並做出正確的問答。
難點：理解「She teaches…」的含義，交能替換運用。
教學過程：
StepI. Warm-up
1、 Greeting.
2、 Revise the words.
(1) 通過音樂，視頻引出單詞singer, actor.
(2) 出示圖片復習單詞writer, TV reporter, actress, artist, doctor.
（設計目的：激發學習興趣，復習舊單詞，為後面句型教學做好鋪墊。）
(3)向學生簡要介紹自己，引出teacher 和 teaches .
(設計目的：將自己融入學生中，同時復習第三人稱單數teaches的用法。)
3、 Let』s chant.
（設計目的：通過有節奏的說唱，激發學習興趣。同時鞏固職業單詞和第三人稱單數goes的用法.）
StepII. Presentation
1、 聽力練習
(1) 從Let』s chant中引入句型並板書。
What does your father/mother do?
He/She is a/an….
(2)聽錄音，回答問題。
（設計目的：從Let』s chant 中的句子自然過渡到該句型，並通過聽音找問題答案，熟悉該句型。）
2、 Let』s talk
(1) 聽音跟讀課文，學生表演對話內容。注意文中teaches中es的用法。
(2) 學生練習，使用課文中的問句，再自由編對話進行問答練習。
（設計目的：掌握該句型，並結合生活自由進行會話練習，加強學生對句型的運用。）
3、 Group work
(1) 教師對學生父母職業進行調查，示範填寫調查表，並對自己調查的情況向全班進行匯報。
(2) 小組活動，學生調查自己小組成員父母的職業，並填寫調查表。
(3) 請幾名學生上台匯報調查情況。
（設計目的：培養學生小組合作能力，加強學生對句型的實際運用能力。）
StepIII. Practice
1、 出示人物Lily，並進行自我介紹。
Lily: I am a student. I am 12. I go to school on foot. I like listening to music.
引導學生談論Lily的情況。
2、 出示Lily 的父親和母親。
出示他們的相關資料，讓學生對其中的人物進行談論。
（設計目的：在學生能夠使用句型的基礎上，進行擴展，進行舊知識的累積，談論人物的個人情況。）
3、 模仿上面人物的介紹方式，說說自己父母的情況。
（設計目的：談論轉移到自己的父母上，讓學生談論自己熟悉的父母，學會愛自己的父母。）
StepIV. Homework.
向同學介紹一下自己的父母，並寫來。

1. 可以和聽眾一起交流各自最喜歡的、最有趣的、資源最全面的一些網站，你自己可以舉例子，然後引導大家一起互動。這樣還可以獲得更豐富的網路資源；
2. 可以收集一些表達某一特定情感、動作、情景的詞彙和俚語，比如英語中描寫「笑」 or 「哭」 的短語，這個內容非常多，也很有意思；
3. 或者搜集你最喜歡的一位科學家的資料什麼的，說明他的特點，最崇拜什麼；
4. 描繪某一種產品的發展歷程，從第一代到最新一代，比如手機、電腦之類的。
5. 還有就是利用網路上比較火的，大家感興趣的話題做文章。
