新京報5月1日報道 衛生部昨日公布人感染豬流感的《診療方案》（下稱方案）以及《預防控制技術指南（試行）》（下稱指南）。中國疾控中心專家說，豬流感的流行強度將超過SARS和禽流感。
豬流感死亡率低於禽流感
《方案》首次明確表示，「人感豬流感病死率約為6%」。
中國疾控中心病毒所所長李德新強調，人感染豬流感病毒的流行強度肯定超過SARS和人禽流感，但病死率不會高於此二者。
據中國疾控中心傳染病預防控制所研究員劉起勇解釋，計算死亡率主要通過死亡人數與確診病例的比值。普通流感死亡率在1%以下，「人感豬流感病毒死亡率達到6%是很高了」。
高死亡率的主要原因是，作為一種新型病毒，人體完全沒有免疫力，是在無防護的情況下抵抗病毒。
不過，與禽流感和SARS相比，人感豬流感的死亡率並不高。劉起勇稱，即使在SARS後期，已經發現了有效方法，死亡率還達到了5%，早期的死亡率更是非常高。另外，有些地區人感染高致病性禽流感的死亡率也達到了50%以上。

《方案》指出，疫情患者多數年齡在25歲至45歲之間，目前報道以青壯年為主，但應注意老人和兒童。
