生产前检验：验货人员通过随机抽样对生产的原材料、初加工产品、零部件进行检验。

生产过程中的检验：验货人员对生产线上的半成品或刚下线的产成品进行检验，检查纰漏和偏差，报告厂方，并提出纠正错误和偏差的有效方法。

『捌』 国内验货机构需要哪些资质

检测中心的成立需要哪些资质认证：1、基础条件：营业执照、税务登记;实验室场地、检测人员;2、必须的认证是：中国计量认证(
CMA)，更高的认证是：CNAS认可。例如，环境监测机构，只要认证
CMA,就可以进行第三方的监测业务;3、计量认证的准则：ISO/IEC17025《检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》，4、由省级以上的质监局进行评审 CMA
认证。
第三方验货公司需要的资质主要包括CNAS、ISO17020-17025、AQSIQ等：
ISO17020：
ISO17020检查机构认可是正式表明检查机构具备实施特定检查工作能力的第三方证明，是“各类检查机构能力的通用要求”。ISO17020是第三方验货机构的能力证明。
ISO17025：
ISO17025是实验室认可服务的国际标准，目前最新版本是2005年5月发布的，全称是ISO/IEC17025:2005-5-15。ISO17025标准是由国际标准化组织ISO/CASCO(国际标准化组织/合格评定委员会)制定的实验室管理标准，该标准的前身是ISO/IEC导则25:1990《校准和检测实验室能力的要求》。国际上对实验室认可进行管理的组织是“国际实验室认可合作组织(ILAC)”，由包括中国实验室国家认可委员会(CNACL)在内的44个实验室认可机构参加。第三方验货机构HQTS实施ISO17025标准。
CNAS：
(China National Accreditation Service for Conformity
Assessment，CNAS)是根据《中华人民共和国认证认可条例》的规定，由国家认证认可监督管理委员会批准设立并授权的国家认可机构，统一负责对认证机构、实验室和检查机构等相关机构的认可工作。一般第三方验货机构都需要具备CNAS资质认可，特别是实验室。
AQSIQ：
是中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局的英语缩写，该部门主管全国质量、计量、出入境商品检验、出入境卫生检疫、出入境动植物检疫、进出口食品安全和认证认可、标准化等工作，并行使行政执法职能。对于进出口产品，需要获得AQSIO认可，如果第三方验货公司验的产品设计进出口产品，需要这个资质。
AAFA：
美国服装鞋类协会，是一个全国性行业协会，代表衣饰和鞋类行业，包含供给商，制作商，零售商跟服务供给商。
IFIA：
