双休日是指一般都是在周六以及周日放假休息的时间，包括大人工作休息以及小孩学习休息。
我国自1995年5月1日起实行双休日。2015年5月1日，是我国双休日制度实行的第20年。1994年以前：我国法定的劳动者每天工作时间八小时，每个星期要工作六天，只有一天休息。上班族只能把所有的家务活都放在周日干，那时流行这样一个说法：“战斗的星期天，疲劳的星期一。”[1]

1995年3月25日，时任国务院总理的李鹏签署了国务院第174号令，发布《国务院关于修改〈国务院关于职工工作时间的规定〉的决定》，决定自1995年5月1日起实行双休日，即“国家机关、事业单位实行统一的工作时间，星期六和星期日为周休息日。”规定从当年的5月1日之后改为每周工作时间40小时，即家喻户晓的双休日工作制。
新工时制使人们自由支配的闲暇时间增多，同时也促进了第三产业的发展，形成了一个过渡的作用。星期六成了周末，电视台也纷纷调整节目编排，每逢周末，安排许多综艺娱乐、文艺晚会之类的节目。社会上增加了花样繁多的双休日活动，人们的生活质量在双休日制度中得到了实实在在的改善和提高，给商家也带来了不小的财富。

Ⅳ 关于圣经创世纪的一个疑惑

楼主这个问题很好解释，《圣经 创世纪》第一章和第二章，并不是按着时间顺序来写的，而是第一章是总述，第二章拿出第一章里面的一点详加解释。这一点就是“上帝在第六天是怎样创造人类的”、“期间又发生了哪些有意思的事情”。创世纪的作者，可能认为第六天的创造非常重要，因此，就在写完了上帝七天的创造之后，又把第六天的事情拿出来，专门用了一些笔墨来重点描述出来。

仔细读《圣经 创世纪》的话，可以发现这个问题。第六天的时候，上帝先是创造了牲畜、昆虫、野兽（创世纪1:24、25），然后创造了人，并且是造男造女（1章27）。

之后在创世纪2章，圣经是这样写的，“创造天地的来历，在耶和华神创造天地的日子，乃是这样……”（创世纪2:4）这个是对上帝6天的时间里，从第3日创造“青草”、“菜蔬”、“树木”等开始（创世纪1:12；2:5），到第六天创造人为止的一个回顾。之后的耶和华用尘土造人……，则是对1章27节的更加细节性的解释。1章27节记载，上帝用自己的形象造人，2章7节就记载了上帝是怎样用自己的形象造了人。因此，亚当是第一个人，这是没有争议的。之后，这里还记载了上帝在第六天创造了亚当之后，在伊甸园里面发生的事情，然后上帝又创造了女人。这个跟创世纪1章上帝造男造女恰好吻合。

也就是说，创世纪第1章和第二章，并不是按着时间顺序来记载的，而是按着逻辑顺序来描述的。这个就像我们写日记，先把这一天的事情都写完了，然后再把其中有意思的事情做一个补充，那么这个补充，并不是最后才发生的，只是我把它放在了最后才写。

至于造男造女，如果完全按着字面意思来理解的话，这个“男”就是指亚当，“女”就是指夏娃。上帝在第六天就让亚当给万物取了名字，之后让亚当沉睡，创造了夏娃。在这之后，才进入第七天，上帝才安息了。而不是在上帝安息之后，又创造了亚当和夏娃。

总之，创世纪1章和2章不是按着时间顺序来记载的。这是写作上的一些方式，或者说是技巧。比如我们在写记叙文的时候，会有顺叙、倒叙，甚至还有插叙等方法，议论文整个就不讲究时间顺序，抒情就更谈不上时间顺序了，散文、杂文，也谈不上时间顺序。
